Learn more about photography
The Vézos, also called "nomads of the sea" live with the sea, thanks to the sea and for the sea. This people of Madagascar is one of the last nomadic ethnic groups on the island continent. They go to sea every day on their pirogue and fish only what they need to feed themselves.
For the realization of his book "Madagascar, between sky and sea" Philip Plisson went to meet the Malagasy people, their customs and their colors. An experience rich in emotions.
