The Ar Men lighthouse, " The Rock " in Breton, is a lighthouse at sea off the island of Sein, lit in 1891. 37 meters high, it is the most occidental of our coastline. It was automated in 1990. Its keepers then left the "hell of the hells". The sea is indeed often stormy, with high waves rising over its tower.
