The hell of hells, as its last keepers called it. First, because it is a lighthouse on the Sein causeway, and above all because working there was very challenging. During heavy storms, the sea crashes against the building, shaking the walls until everything hanging on them falls down. Being a lighthouse keeper is a vocation, and sailors all over the world are more than grateful to them! Even if, in this picture, the keeper seems to be enjoying a break in the weather to admire the landscape!
